Question 1

How does the Redeem-Me App work?

Redeem‑Me lets businesses create digital stamp cards, vouchers and deals. Customers save these cards to their digital wallet and scan a QR code at checkout to collect stamps and redeem rewards—just like paper loyalty cards, but easier.

Question 2

How do I download and sign up?

Accepted Answer

Download Redeem‑Me from the App Store or Google Play. Create a free account with your name and phone number, then add your favourite cafés, salons or local shops to your wallet.

Question 3

How does Redeem-Me work for businesses?

Accepted Answer

Business owners can register their store, create deals and digital stamp cards, publish promotions and invite staff as cashiers. They can also track redemption and repeat visits via the business dashboard.

Question 4

How does Redeem-Me work for customers?

Customers add loyalty cards to their wallet and scan QR codes at checkout. Each purchase earns digital stamps. Once a card is full, the customer can redeem the reward instantly.

Question 5

What is a digital stamp card?

Accepted Answer

A digital stamp card replaces paper punch cards. Each time a customer buys an item (e.g., coffee), they earn a digital “stamp.” When the required number of stamps is reached, the reward (free coffee, discount, etc.) is automatically available for redemption.

Question 6

How do time‑based deals work?

Accepted Answer

Businesses can set deals for specific days or hours—e.g., 20% off on Tuesdays between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. The app notifies customers when a deal is active so they can take advantage of the discount.

Question 7
